The first agenda item of the committee is “establishing new regulations to procure the pay equality between genders,”Since the community became aware of gender pay gap the difference between the earnings of women and men has shrunk. Uncontrolled wage gap truly represents that women are less likely to work in a high-level, high-paying jobs compared men.

The second agenda item of the committee is “preventing violence against women,” As it is clear, the violence against women is a violation of  human rights. Regrettably the violence against women continues to grow in the 21st century all around the world. Violence not only affects the physical and mental health of women, but also results in a loss of self-esteem and confidence. It impedes the advancement of women’s legal, social, political and economic status.
